- All prices stipulated on the website are in SGD[Singapore Dollars] unless otherwise stated.
- All prices are nett unless otherwise stated.
- All updates on price will be announced in our sites accordingly.
- Upon submission of your orders, Eccentric-Glamour will reply your email with a confirmation email to ensure product availability and the price. We will SMS you as well lest you do not check your email.
- Upon receiving of Eccentric-Glamour confirmation email,
- Payment should be paid immediately.
- Customer should provide Eccentric-Glamour with the reference number by replying the confirmation email with this format. Please refer to the ORDER FORMAT tab.
- Upon receiving Eccentric-Glamour confirmation email, we will reserve your order for 2[two] days for you to make payment before the given dateline.
- No replies of confirmation email within 2[two] days will be considered as cancellation of order and items will be given to the next potential buyer.
- Orders will be processed only after the payment has been successfully credited into Eccentric-Glamour's account.
- Full payment for Pre-Order items should be made before the closing date and time of each session. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of order.
- Receipt of payment should be retain for verification purposes. Eccentric-Glamour will not be liable for any claims of payment if buyer is unable to produce any of the above to verify the payment made.
[Amendments]
- All orders sent to us should be final without any post-amendment.
- Amendments will be initiated by Eccentric-Glamour in the event of oos [out of stock].
[Products]
- All products listed in this website are subject to availability.
- Eccentric-Glamour has made every effort to display colours of our products that appear on this sites as accurately as possible. However, as the actual colours that you see will depend on your monitor. Thus, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
- Eccentric-Glamour has done our utmost to ensure that the measurements for products displayed on the website are best calculated to accuracy and true to its dimensions in cm. However, due to the fact that certain fabrics are stretchable, actual measurements of individual items might vary slightly.
- All goods sold are non-refundable & non-exchangeable unless otherwise stated.
[Shipping Policy]
- Eccentric-Glamour will ensure that goods are properly packed and sent out.
- SingPost will normally takes around 2 (two) to 4 (four) working days to deliver items (excludes weekends/public holidays).
- Eccentric-Glamour will process On-The-Shelves items orders within 2 (two) working days upon receipt of payments.
- Pre-order item will take around 2 to 8 weeks after the closing date of each session, before it arrives in Singapore. If you do not want to wait too long, please opt to shop for On-The-Shelves items, as On-The-Shelves means items are available hence can be posted immediately.
- Eccentric-Glamour will process pre-order items as soon as the goods arrive and within 2 (two) working days upon receipt of payment.
- Eccentric-Glamour is not responsible for any lost in transit items. Hence, customers are encouraged to opt for Registered Post for product delivery.
- All status of orders will be updated on Your Order Status.
